Aloe.

Random picture day again. Yeah, this happens a lot. Anyways. Got this some weeks ago from a good friend, last time I was here actually. Noticed when I came back here this time that It's been growing very well. Very nice. Very nice indeed. I wasn't so sure it would. Glad to be wrong.

Hello Iris.

Can't type today. I'm out living my life. I think. Unless it's raining heavily. Then I'm probably parked in front of the tv watching climbing with Sugar. But either way. Here's a picture of a lovely lady I met on a walk recently.

@Sugar's place..

Or rather, in his window.
A random generic red Geranium that he's fostering for me. Seems to be doing just fine. :) Blossoming an all.

Interesting find.

Was outdoors last weekend and watched people climb. Awesome as always. Got to see a new place I've never been to before too. Ofc I wouldn't be me if I didn't check out the plants in the area. I found a cute one that I've never seen before. It's a "Mullein". ( Kungsljus in Swedish.) Also called flannel leaf or velvet plant. Very appropriate, the leafs are so very soft and nice. Haven't seen how it looks while in bloom. But it still looks like something I'd probably want to have in my garden so I might just pop back there when I have one and take a few seeds or a plant.

Random picture day, Geranium.

Because I love seeing the buds.
And want to share.

Random picture day, Clematis.

I'd say it's a bit early.
But if she want's to bloom, I'm not gonna argue.

Surprise in the kitchen.

This isn't mine. But I thought it was cute.
I was in the kitchen yesterday waiting for the dinner to get ready, when I found this single little pink flower growing under a big leaf. The flower belongs to my step father, he got it last year on his B-day.

African Violets, the babies.

My two latest babies are doing awesome. So happy to see more flowers on the pink one. And the blue one has started to bud up too. I guess I won't be here when he blooms. Gonna have to ask my mom to take a pic of it and send me. Still awesome. <3

Geranium surprise.

Omg omg omg. Look what I got the other day. A friend had a new Geranium and it was full of seed spears. I took a few seeds and will get more in a while. We don't know if they're fertile. And we absolutely don't  know how the flower will look if the seeds are fertile. So this will be Very interesting.
*tiny happy dance*

African Violet Surprise.

A friend came by a few days ago and had these babies for me. A very awesome surprise. She'd been to a convention of sorts for African Violets and bought them for me. Happy happy joy joy. They are two different mini Violets. One of them had a bud growing. And just the other day it started blooming. It's so tiny and cute. The flower is just about a cm across, and the leafs are about 1,5-2 cm max. The other one is slightly larger in the leafs but not by much. Oh I'm so happy,  I love them. :-)

Sansevieria Cylindrica.

A new babe in my room. I would say window but I'm actually keeping this one further in the room. The care instructions and I are agreeing that it should be happy there. I guess we'll see in a while if it's right. Either way, found this one in Ikea. I've seen bigger versions in flower stores but they've all been braided or something like it. Didn't like that. This one I had an "insta love" for tho.

Lisa.

I've got this pretty little thing in the front of my window. Grown from seeds I planted last summer. I don't know why I like this one. But I do. And you can't find it anywhere nowadays. If you look hard tho, you can find seeds. I was so happy when I did. I plan on letting this babe out in the greenhouse this summer. Hopefully she'll grow big and last a long time.

Plant ER.

Trying to save this babe.
I'm not entirely sure it will work.
But I'll try.

New babies.

The blossoming sweetie on the left is "Little Lady". She's a "compact" Geranium. Never had one of these before, so this will be interesting. She's supposed to stay fairly small, but we'll see how that goes.

The tiny baby on the right is "Katy". This years "flavor" apparently. She was sort of an impulse buy really, but I couldn't help my self. She looked so lonely and tiny. ( And was freakishly cheap. )

I hope they'll be happy here.

Baby Orchid.

One of the Orchids that belong to my mother has decided that it wanted to be a parent. I've read about this, apparently it's something that mostly happens when the plant feels that it's in danger och dying and want's to make sure it will carry on anyway.

In which case I'm not surprised that it happens to the Orchids here. I'm pretty sure the environment here isn't ideal for them. With the dust from the birds and the sometimes very randomized water supply. Anyhow, will be interesting to see if it survives into a plant or not.
